The Premier League returns on October 10 after a three-week international break, and the Gameweek 6 slate runs from Saturday morning to Monday afternoon in the US. Manchester City arrive at Anfield with a perfect record, Arsenal look to bounce back from their first defeat of the season, and Tottenham head to Old Trafford bottom of the table. Kickoff times below are in US Eastern, and every predicted lineup reflects the latest team news heading into the weekend.

William Saliba is still out, Declan Rice, Martin Odegaard, Kai Havertz, Ben White and Cristhian Mosquera are all flagged as doubts, and Viktor Gyokeres is expected to lead the line. Leeds arrive unbeaten in their first five league games under Daniel Farke, with Dominic Calvert-Lewin among the early scoring leaders, though Joe Rodon and Mateo Joseph are both out.

Brentford under Keith Andrews are one of only five sides still unbeaten, with Kevin Schade among the league's top scorers and Igor Thiago leading the line, so this is a genuine test rather than an easy bounce-back game.

Xabi Alonso's Chelsea have scored plenty but conceded plenty too, with ten goals for and twelve against through five games. Enzo Fernandez left for Manchester City on deadline day and Morgan Rogers arrived from Villa, while Joao Pedro, August's Player of the Month, is a doubt along with Moises Caicedo, Reece James and Cole Palmer. Bournemouth, now under Marco Rose after Andoni Iraola left for Liverpool, are 17th and winless in five, with Junior Kroupi and Julian Araujo both out.

Two sides short on points meet at Portman Road. Ipswich lost 1-0 at Everton last time out and played the final quarter of that game with ten men after Abdul Fatawu's red card, so he misses this one through suspension. Fulham are still looking for their first win under new head coach Alvaro Arbeloa, who replaced Marco Silva after his move to Benfica, and they drew 1-1 with Manchester United in Gameweek 5 thanks to a Lisandro Martinez own goal.

Sunderland come off a 5-3 defeat at Manchester City in which Regis Le Bris's side scored three but shipped five, and they are without Habib Diarra and Romaine Mundle, with Brian Brobbey and Daniel Ballard doubts. Brighton have fitness questions of their own, including Lewis Dunk and Charalampos Kostoulas, while Evan Ferguson and Yankuba Minteh are out.

Michael Carrick's side have not won in three league games since Bruno Fernandes' hat-trick in a 5-2 win over Ipswich, they were also knocked out of the League Cup at home by Brighton, and Fernandes, Marcus Rashford, Kobbie Mainoo and Benjamin Sesko are among a long list of fitness doubts.

Forest were beaten at home by Coventry last time out and have Nikola Milenkovic as a fitness question.

The headline fixture is a genuine early test for both sides. City, now managed by Enzo Maresca after Pep Guardiola stepped down, have won all five league games, most recently a 5-3 win over Sunderland, and have rebuilt the middle of the park: Enzo Fernandez arrived from Chelsea for a reported 125 million pounds to join Elliot Anderson, Ayyoub Bouaddi and Iliman Ndiaye, while Rodri left for Barcelona. Phil Foden is suspended and Antoine Semenyo is a doubt. Liverpool under Andoni Iraola are unbeaten in five, but Alexander Isak, Cody Gakpo and Federico Chiesa are doubts, Conor Bradley, Hugo Ekitike and Giovanni Leoni are out, and Ibrahima Konate has reportedly picked up a knee injury during the break.

Coventry's wait is over. They ended more than 25 years without a top-flight win by beating Nottingham Forest in Gameweek 5, after losing their first four league games, and Frank Lampard's side now host a Newcastle team that answered a Monday night defeat at Leeds with a win over Hull. Taiwo Awoniyi is suspended and Aurele Amenda and Haji Wright are out. Newcastle, now under Matthias Jaissle after Eddie Howe resigned in July, have Anthony Elanga out and a long list of doubts including Dan Burn, Joelinton and Jacob Ramsey.
